Somatic Experiencing® is a psychobiological therapy approach that focuses on helping the body and nervous system release the symptoms of stress, shock, and trauma that have built up over time. In SE, trauma is not seen as the event itself but as the lasting imprint it leaves on the nervous system, which can lead to ongoing dysregulation and challenges in daily life.
Trauma can arise from a wide range of experiences — the loss or abandonment of a loved one, relationship breakdowns, physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, or situations like illness, accidents, bullying, humiliation, or deep disappointment.
The impact of trauma can show up in many ways, often developing gradually. Common symptoms may include social anxiety, feelings of insecurity, persistent anger, guilt, low self-worth, depression, mental confusion, exhaustion, emotional numbness, feeling stuck, or even unexplained physical aches and pains.

I recognize the intelligence of our bodies and its innate ability to heal.
Healing is not about fixing ourselves, it’s about expanding our capacity to move through life with greater ease, spontaneity, and choice.
By bringing more regulation to the nervous system, uncovering the strengths already within us and building tools and resources, we naturally increase access to vitality, connection, presence and a greater sense of empowerment. With a more regulated system, we can respond with more flexibility to challenges we meet every day.

In-person sessions may include SE touch work on the table, always fully clothed and with consent.
Sessions can be conducted in English, French and Italian

You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 48 hours in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking and can be made securely through Stripe on the website or by local bank transfer

Most people will require at least 4~5 sessions to allow the body and mind to heal in a sustainable way.
If you are looking to do deep Somatic trauma integration work and/or to shift more chronic physical, mental/emotional patterns, 10 sessions are recommended, and will change life dramatically.
Once balance is restored to the body and mind, maintenance sessions help to support our nervous system.

I would recommend clients to book once a week for 3 weeks whenever possible.
This is done in order to help integrate introductory changes to the nervous system sustainably.
After the first few sessions, you can discuss your treatment plan with me to get more clarity on what is required to reach your health goals.
